The First Phase

First we will have an interview with the client and visit the property. We will measure and take photos to develop a plan. We will discuss and establish ideas with the client to create a list of necessities and define the bases of design.

Basic Interior Project

In order to do the basic project, our design studio will analyze the needs of the client and create an accurate evaluation of space to reform, create the design concept that includes possible distributions of space with plans to scale and an estimated budget. In this phase, the client can make suggestions and modifications according to their likes and dislikes.

We will decide the original plan and a plan for the new distribution of space.

Interior Design Projects

Once we decide the distribution of space, we will define all of the project details. In this phase, we will create the executive project with a definite budget and collect technical information necessary to execute the project.

• Plans: A plan to scale, a plan of deconstruction and construction, and a final plan.

• Construction Lists: Projects of plumbing, electricity, and lighting, projects of heating and cooling, and carpentry projects.

• Views of Different Zones: Detailed images of property zones.

• Drawings and 3D Images: Create renders and 3D images to show our client the final results.

Once the client accepts the budget, but before we can start the construction process, C&M Designs will prepare the necessary legal documents to solicit the licenses, contract the laborers and the materials needed for the project.

Direction of Construction

We will plan visits to the construction site for the client and designer, propose changes or improvements to obtain a project of the highest quality and design solutions for any problems that may arise.

Guarantee

C&M Design guarantees to fix any problem that you may encounter at your new property within the first two years, but there is no guarantee for the materials used.

 Home Staging

We will create a report of photos and provide them to real estate agencies.

The Home Staging consists :

• Optimization of light and space
• Highlight the strong points of the property
• Modernize the ambience and decoration
• Declutter the space
• Resolve small imperfections
• Resolve odor problems
• Optimize the movement throughout the space
• Furnish and decorate the empty spaces, if necessary.
